This was an entertaining, fast read (in twenty-four hours I was done and I slept in there). I was graciously offered a copy of the bound book by Maris Black, autographed too! Yay! I get to stare at the guy on the cover as long as I want.
The story is entertaining, the MCs are lovable and great and exciting, and the plot, which you think is just going to be romance, has an unexpected twist and then BAM a mystery unfolds, threatening the happiness of our health-care hunks. Just the scene with the coin-toss drinking game is worth it.
Some hot sex, a threesome too with a girl, so no young’uns for this book. Sorry. But if you consider you have eighteen years to wait to do whatever the hell you want for seventy more, it’s not that much to ask, is it?
My pet peeve: this is a bound book, so I hope someone somewhere edited it, read it, corrected it or something, but there are still mistakes. Not too many, but enough for me to notice. But you know me: I spot’em all… so maybe they won’t bother you so much.
